When you submit a lead form we collect your full name, phone number, property address, and (if provided) consent to be contacted by SMS. We also automatically record your IP address, browser user agent, landing page, referring URL, and any UTM parameters present in the URL. We do not collect financial information, Social Security numbers, mortgage balances, or any payment information through this site.
SMS information sharing
No mobile information or opt-in consent data will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we use it

- Resend (transactional email) — delivers a notification to our team.
- Twilio (SMS) — sends opt-in confirmation when you consent to text messages.
- PostHog (analytics) — measures site usage in aggregate; we do not associate analytics with your contact info unless you submit the form.
- Vercel (hosting) — serves the site infrastructure.
Text messaging & TCPA
If you check the consent box and provide your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text message at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent is not required to receive an offer.
